Pinnacle Construction completed the historic adaptive re-use of the Maury School in Richmond, Virginia's Manchester neighborhood.

The historic adaptive re-use of this Norfolk & Western building into the Eight Jefferson Place in Roanoke, Virginia, was completed in 2002 by Pinnacle Construction.

Pinnacle Construction's historic adaptive re-use of the old Chase City High School into 26 senior apartment units in Chase City, Virginia, was completed in 1992.

The original 1920's Woolworth store on Broad Street, in Richmond, Virginia, was provided historic adaptive re-use into 19 Luxury Apartments by Pinnacle Construction in 1999.

Pinnacle Construction designed and constructed the adaptive re-use of the historic Powhatan High School in Powhatan, Virginia, into a public auditorium and 21,000 square feet of commercial office space.

In 1995 Pinnacle Construction completed the restoration of a historic home in Charlottesville, Virginia. The 5,000 sf home was perched on a hill in the historic district for 65 years.
